Topic : Loyalty Programs
It was quite an interesting session where Mrs.Sabitha Natraj discussed the importance of customer satisfaction in an organization, organized and unorganized sector. Also the concepts of branding and loyalty programs, their importance andits implementation in IOCL were very well discussed in this valuable session. She also discussed the Porter’s 5 forces model and how it impacts the industry/company
She then conducted an activity with the students where they were divided into groups and were supposed to take a stand in favour or against of the topic whether organised sector can overtake unorganized sector. So the students present were divided into 2 groups each with equal number of members. The discussion went quite smoothly with an active participation of our students.
In all it was a very useful, interactive and informative session by Mrs.Sabitha Natraj and we look forward to more such sessions.
